I have prepared a batch of flour tortilla and therefore I decided to prepare this for dinner..
Today’s flour tortilla is very successful. It is soft and not chewy or hard. The only improvement needed is to make it thinner.

Updated a new recipe to make the pancake easier to roll and more tasty. As long as you do not over pan fry it and not overly thick, you should be able to roll it beautifully.
