It is not my intention to promote vegetarian recipe but after due consideration, I have decided to share this unusual niche recipe in the blog. I have two objectives that I hoped to achieve are:
- To help those vegetarian
i do not know when this dish become popular in Singapore and Malaysia.. At least it was not popular when I was a kid. I only get to know this dish after my graduation 30 years ago.
The title of this dish will have to be very exact! It should be called “Singapore Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles” or “Singapore Hokkien Hay Noodles”.
Singapore has to be included because it is uniquely Singapore and you can’t
